Do you trust the repair shop you're using?
We’ve heard it countless times. It’s not uncommon. How are you supposed to know if your current mechanic is ripping you off? The fact is, if you don’t know cars or understand car repair you can’t tell. This holds true regardless of the type of repair facility you use. Most new car dealers and independent shops structure their service writers on a commissioned pay plan. The more the service writer sells you, the more money the service writer makes. In most cases you just have to hope that what the guy is telling you is true. ACI takes a different approach. Our service staff isn’t paid on commission. The’re paid on salary. It doesn’t make any difference to them how much (or how little) your bill is. This means your treated fairly every time. No games. No upsell. Nothing you DON’T need.

ACI Moves to a New Building
On July 10th 2009 we moved to a brand new building located at 187 South Main Street (RT 5) in East Windsor CT. The new facility expands our service department to include a beautiful customer waiting lounge, four sparkling service bays and a state of the art car wash/detail bay. Sales treated to a larger sales lot, private sales offices and increased traffic. Visit us at our new location. Its easy to find. Just take RT91 to exit 44. Turn right at the light (Rt5 South), Follow RT 5 South for 2.5 miles, We are on the left across from the 7-11 store.
